Job Responsibilities

As a Medical AI Workforce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining long-term engagement with medical professionals who contribute to annotation projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Identifying and attracting radiologists and other medical professionals interested in part-time AI annotation projects.
  • Onboarding & Training: Guiding new recruits through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand project requirements and quality expectations.
  • Engagement & Retention: Developing strategies to keep professionals consistently engaged, ensuring steady contributions without disrupting their main medical roles.
  • Performance & Quality Monitoring: Tracking performance and availability, addressing potential drop-offs, and maintaining quality control.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining active communication with medical professionals, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and providing support to enhance their experience.
  • Scheduling & Workflow Coordination: Collaborating with project managers to align workforce availability with project deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Addressing issues such as low commitment, fluctuating availability, or quality inconsistencies to ensure stable project execution.

Ideal Talent

Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven individual with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce management, preferably in healthcare, AI, or clinical research sectors.
  • A solid understanding of medical professions and workflows (experience in medical staffing, health tech, or clinical coordination is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in freelance or part-time workforce engagement is highly desirable.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address workforce challenges.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across different time zones.

Day-to-day

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Actively sourcing and recruiting medical professionals for AI annotation projects.
  • Conducting onboarding sessions and providing training to new recruits.
  • Maintaining regular communication with medical professionals to ensure engagement and address any concerns.
  • Monitoring performance and quality to ensure project standards are met.
  • Collaborating with project managers to align workforce availability with project timelines.
  • Resolving any issues related to workforce commitment, availability, or quality.
