ROLE MISSION 

The role is to ensure that all arrangements with customers are backed by signed contracts in accordance with the group’s Revenue Recognition Policy. Completion of arrangements are backed by signed acceptance from customers evidencing delivery. Ensure invoices are issued and money is collected on time. This position will work closely with commercial heads from different regions to ensure complete, accurate and timely revenue booking for each quarter. The position will report to the Finance Director.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Review all contracts and suggest changes, if warranted, to ensure they are compliant with Group’s Revenue Recognition Policy
  • Keep an inventory of all signed contracts
  • Keep track of Milestones in each contract and ensure Commercial team has obtained acceptance documentations executed by the customer
  • Work with Accounting to ensure all delivered contracts / milestones have been invoiced
  • Follow up on, collect and verify payments, ensure AR-Cash collection is updated each quarter
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Coordinate with Commercial team and responsible Commercial Director / Account Manager to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Generate aging analysis and review to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Provide documentary evidence for revenue recognition in each quarter
  • Publish management Reports as specified by the management to have visibility of key issues in revenue recognition/generation/customer issues

IDEAL TALENT 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in either Science, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (Must be quantitative)
  • Experience as a Manager for 2 years or 3 years as Senior Analyst in FP&A, Revenue Recognition/Contract Management. Software Industry experience Preferred
  • Solid understanding of IFRS15 and other principles as applicable to Revenue Recognition
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (Written and Oral) is a MUST, additional proficiency in Mandarin / Korean is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
 1. Infrastructure set up (zero to one)

  • Take ownership of the creating and executing on the human capital set up required for a regional business that has a 350 headcount in 12-18 months
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team and act as the point of contact for employment relations and communication internally and externally
  • Build, and train local teams
  • Implement best practices across the human capital departments, business units and business verticals
  • Understand individual markets and internal stakeholders, particularly their needs and their unique drivers

ROLE MISSION 

As the Data Engineer, your role is to be the bridge between the Data Science team and the Software Development Team. You will work hand-in-hand with the Data Scientists and Software Developers to convert their vision into reality.

Your work mission will be focused on implementing and maintaining data connectors, external data integration and helping to build key showcases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Data Engineer for the pipelines of External Data, from the automation of their retrieval in external sources to their insertion into the company's data stores (SQL, ElasticSearch).

  • Design and Implement new connectors with external solutions to provide in-box integration of their systems with other systems such as GuideWire through APIs and data engineering ETLs. 
  • Design new data pipelines and integrate new technologies to automate business tasks or deliver new functionalities.
  • Optimize the robustness and performance of production pipelines as well as supervise the deployment of complex features to support client-facing Data Scientists. Learn about robustness patterns, code optimization techniques and large-scale deployment organization.

IDEAL TALENT 

  • Good programming skills, such as a degree in computer science and/or some coding work experience and you feel comfortable spending time writing and understanding code.

Our client is an international Management Consulting Firm based in Hong Kong. They are working with the Financial Industry on corporate and investment banking, asset management, securities services, retail banking, insurance, finance and risks.  

ROLE MISSION 

The mission is to lead and oversee the activities of the Hong Kong Office and assist the internal teams in finding solutions to issues of strategic importance and implements these solutions in on-going projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will lead projects effectively and confidently with our clients and the internal teams. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Consulting Team Leadership: Recruitment, coaching, training and mentoring of Consultants & Managers.

 

  • Business Development: Support and lead team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals with the aim to win projects, and delivery of quality projects. Proactively develop and execute business strategy to maximize growth and achieve targets. Participate in key external events and meetings — client meetings, presentations and roundtable etc. Build and leverage on networks. Own and initiate selected key partnerships with Fintechs, associations (FrenchTech / French Chamber of Commerce), HKMA, etc.

 

 

  • Project Management: Project management and execution services to all business lines and functions on a global level. Cover client transformation projects such as: Target Business and Operating model definition, Process improvement, System integration, Regulatory compliance and Digitalization opportunities. Lead and deliver client engagements and collaborate with senior management in the Financial Services Industry, their teams and our internal staff to manage business transformation projects by ensuring quality deliverables and follow up of operational impacts.

 

  • Innovation: Analyze market trends to produce insights for strengthening our advisory capacities. Identification of Fintech solutions. Determine and update use cases in the banking/insurance business, particularly where digital solutions bring values. Develop smart partnerships with RPA and AI vendors. Host co-creation sessions with clients focusing on innovative ideation to build new concepts or processes. Develop strong relationships with clients and Partners to continuously bring forth range of innovative solutions to the clients

 

IDEAL TALENT 

  • More than 10 years in Consulting Background (Big 4 experience is a plus) with demonstrated skills in developing talents, managing projects within the Financial Services Industry
  • Passionate in Consulting business and Deep industry knowledge and understanding in the areas of Finance Transformation, Securities Services, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, …
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership and responsibility
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement
  • Ability to demonstrate strong abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; and coaching staff including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback
