As a Digital Services Leader, one will be responsible for the following
- Charting the business direction of digital services within the country, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the local market.
- Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Driving the digital transformation within field services and extending its influence beyond, catalyzing progress throughout the organization.
- Assuming full accountability for order generation, pipeline development, growth, pullthrough, and renewal rates, using these performance metrics to ensure the digitalization of existing and new business opportunities.
- Managing a digital community comprising digital sales experts, customer success managers, digital services architects, and IoT engineers, to propel digital initiatives across various lines of business.
- Collaborating closely with managers across different functions, such as sales, marketing operations, tendering, and operations, to synchronize digital strategies and action plans.
- Addressing any gaps in sales, customer success, digital architecture, and IoT implementation, bridging them effectively.
- Developing a segment-oriented approach, characterized by a consultative and value-selling mindset, to empower the sales team.
- Aligning and synchronizing efforts with the zone digital services leader, facilitating transformation initiatives, strategy deployment, performance reviews, and roadmap development as part of functional governance.
- Ensuring the digital community's performance remains healthy and progressive, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
The following qualifications will contribute to your success:
Demonstrated experience in outside sales, with a minimum of 5 years in selling SaaS, enterprise software, or energy management solutions to senior executives and technical buyers within the service and IT industries.
Familiarity with leading IoT platforms like PTC ThingWorx, AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, GE Predix, or IBM Watson.
Previous experience as a people manager is advantageous.
An accountable, strategic, disruptive, and proactive mindset.
Ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
