OUR CLIENT
Our client is an innovative company in appliance sector, well established in APAC region. With a commitment to originality, this organisation thrives on its inventive spirit . The Sales Manager on the Events side will work closely with the Managing Director and will support all Sales and Marketing responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the company for both verticals: Rent and Distribution businesses.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute a GTM strategy for new products.
- Establish a good marketing strategy to help the company achieve its goals.
- Ensure to meet all sales and marketing targets to ensure they meet their targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Any overtask meant to be done and assigned by the CEO
IDEAL TALENT
The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Background in Hospitality or event is mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the SME sector is preferred
