Our client is headquartered in Singapore and specialises in designing and manufacturing robots for the facility management sector and building services industry. Reporting to the group CRO, as Head of Sales for APAC, you will play a key role in managing the sales strategy, taking a leading position, and boosting sales in the region by optimising distribution strategies and ensuring efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the APAC region, primarily focusing on Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and Australia. 

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strategic thinker, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the robotics or cleaning equipment industry.

• Develop and implement distribution models to optimise efficiency and reduce costs 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless distribution processes 

• Analyse market trends and customer needs to tailor distribution strategies 

• Oversee inventory management and logistics to meet customer demands 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field 

• Proven experience in distribution management within the facility management or building service industry 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for distribution management
