CLIENT

Our client is a leading actor in the Energy sector who leverages artificial intelligence and IoT technology to optimize electricity consumption for commercial buildings and factories, making energy use smarter, more efficient, and cost-effective while also minimizing carbon footprints.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

You'll report to the global Chief Sales & Marketing Officer based in France and to the Regional Manager APAC based in Singapore. You will work with various teams in different locations, time zones and cultures. Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Increase sales by acquiring new customers in Thailand
  • Identify targets and reach out to technical directors, facility managers, energy managers or other decision-makers in manufacturing industries, commercial buildings, logistic warehouses…
  • Initiate and drive partnership development in close collaboration with the global Strategic Partnerships Manager based in France
  • Collect key information about market trends and competition
  • improve marketing & sales documents and pitch the proposed solution/service
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts up to signature
  • Manage customer relationship and after-sales service
  • Report activities to management and manage pipeline process in CRM
  • Represent the company at trade shows and speak at conferences

 

IDEAL TALENT 

  • You are a dynamic and results-oriented on-the-ground Sales Hunter with analytical mindset, adaptable approach, and a proven track record in providing high-value solutions & services sales.
  • Your key strengths include building robust sales pipelines, implementing a sales strategy to your market, develop a key account management approach, and identify market trends.
  • Your excellent sales techniques include problem-solving, needs identification, and creating value in your offerings. You are a skilled deal-maker, focused on establishing long-term relationships with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Communication is one of your key strengths, with a high level of written expression, exceptional oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate-level or similar, you bring ambition, resilience. You are curious, flexible and an excellent listener willing to learn how industrial cooling systems work to be able to discuss with technical decision makers.
  • Fluency in Thai & English is mandatory.
