MISSION

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR guidance and support to management and employees. The HRBP will align HR practices with business goals to drive organizational success. This role involves consulting with line management, analysing HR metrics, resolving employee relations issues, and implementing HR strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a member of the Human Resources team, your role will be to strategically aligns HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational success by providing guidance, support, and insights to management and employees.

More specifically, in this role, you may work on:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and employees.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Talent Management: Identify and address talent needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • HR Metrics and Analysis: Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR practices and business outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and guidance.

IDEAL TALENT 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in French as the role requires to communicate with the Headquarter based in France
