Job Responsibilities

As the Regional Marketing Lead – APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the growth strategy across key markets. Reporting directly to the APAC senior leadership team, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional marketing team of 4–5 professionals. Set clear OKRs and drive accountability for pipeline and brand impact.
  • Drive Account-Based Growth: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes for priority accounts, ensuring measurable contributions to pipeline and revenue.
  • Build Brand & Thought Leadership: Deliver executive-level events, roundtables, and content that elevate the brand’s credibility in target industries. Partner with PR/Comms to amplify the company’s voice across the region.
  • Optimise with Data: Define and track marketing metrics, continuously test and refine programmes, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Scale What Works: Develop repeatable playbooks and expand into new industries and markets as the business grows.

Ideal Talent

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative leader with:

  • Proven Marketing Expertise: 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including 3+ years in enterprise/ABM or key account marketing.
  • Strategic & Hands-On Approach: A balance of big-picture strategy and the ability to dive deep into execution and metrics.
  • APAC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional customer behaviour, industry trends, and go-to-market channels.
  • Cross-Cultural Agility: The ability to navigate diverse perspectives and align stakeholders across different business and cultural contexts.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A clear track record of marketing contributions to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional Storytelling Skills: The ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, customers, and teams.

Day-to-Day

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to drive integrated marketing programmes.
  • Leading your team to execute high-impact ABM campaigns and events that resonate with senior decision-makers in tech, retail, and frontline-intensive industries.
  • Analysing marketing performance metrics and refining strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Partnering with PR/Comms to amplify the brand’s presence across the APAC region.
  • Building scalable marketing playbooks to support the company’s expansion into new markets.
