Our client is the gateway to private markets and aims to make private market investments accessible to everyone. As they expand, they are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Sales and Distribution Manager to primarily target the B2B2C network and support B2C growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Reporting directly to our Group Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our investor base, meeting revenue growth targets, and providing leadership for our sales teams on a regional level.

This presents an entrepreneurial opportunity to develop our client base and extend our presence to other regions. As the Sales head, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the sales plan and go-to-market growth strategies. You will also be tasked with identifying new clients and cultivating new business relationships in target segments through direct field sales, channel partnerships, and leveraging existing contacts to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

  • Strategy & Business Development
  • Identify market opportunities for expansion and growth by developing & fostering new business relationships and existing contacts in target segments.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market growth strategy & business sales plan for growth acceleration aligned with the strategic business goals & objectives.
  • Leverage industry experience, domain expertise and senior-level relationships to elevate our presence in the market and investors overall.
  • Revenue Growth & Commercial Leadership
  • Responsible for revenue growth and sales target achievement annually and quarterly.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities through a direct sales motion and existing contacts. This includes evaluating and establishing strategic partnerships with your current contacts of clients such as asset managers and securities firms.
  • Responsible for achievement of pipeline generation & coverage, account development and planning, sales performance and forecasting goals.
  • Review and enhance the effectiveness and productivity of sales processes and tools.
  • Develop strategies for scalability and revenue growth.

IDEAL TALENT 

The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience to increase the revenue of our clients:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in financial services (Funds, Coverage, Private banking, Asset Management).
  • Understanding multiple investment vehicles, like structured products, Private Markets, Funds, etc.
  • Relevant experience serving retail investors, with at least five years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Have a strong business and client network in the Asia region.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing business plan strategies and delivering revenue growth.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment of sales and strategic thinking
  • Agile and Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enjoy and excel in building and leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth across multiple product lines and client segments.
  • Experience in capital markets and understanding financial services regulations are preferred.
