We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive our growth in the B2B Entreprise segment interacting mainly with Regional heads, CxOs, and HR innovation leaders.
This role reports directly to the Client Solution Manager.
MISSION
The mission of the Business Development Specialist is to spearhead our expansion efforts in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the broader Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth to establish our presence as a market leader in HR technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Sales Team your role will be to develop the business by identifying new opportunities, initiating initial discussion, getting demo days, and closing deals to implement our solution.
More specifically, in this role, you may work on:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the Enterprise, Consulting, Hospitality sectors or any sector with a need to streamline internal mobility - with an initial focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, and the broader Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute strategic plans to attract new clients and expand our customer base in the specified markets.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders in Singapore, Hong Kong, and SEA.
- Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and present detailed business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the specified regions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
IDEAL TALENT
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS or HR industry.
- Mastering MEDDICC Sales methodology is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
