Manager / Director – Enterprise Data & AI Advisory (SEA)

Their Enterprise Data & AI Advisory practice in Southeast Asia is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced Manager or Director to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled business transformation across the region.
This is a unique opportunity to work with senior business leaders, leverage the expertise of a global consulting ecosystem and play a pivotal role in helping organisations unlock value from Data and Artificial Intelligence.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology and innovation.
As a Manager or Director within the Enterprise Data & AI Advisory practice, you will work with C-suite executives to define enterprise AI strategies, shape transformational programmes and identify how Data and AI can create measurable business value.
Success in this role requires exceptional consulting capability, strong commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted executive relationships. Rather than selling technology solutions, you will help clients understand the challenges they need to solve and develop pragmatic transformation strategies that deliver long-term business outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with Capgemini's extensive global consulting ecosystem, drawing upon world-class expertise, methodologies and industry knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for clients across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Trusted Advisor to Executive Leaders
- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CDOs and senior business stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
- Facilitate executive discussions that translate business ambitions into practical Data and AI transformation strategies.
- Advise organisations on enterprise AI adoption, operating models, governance and business value creation.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the transformation journey, helping clients navigate emerging technologies with confidence.
Lead Enterprise Data & AI Transformation
Lead complex advisory engagements across areas including:
- Enterprise Data Strategy
- AI Strategy
- Data Foundations
- Data Governance
- AI Governance
- AI Operating Models
- Responsible AI
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Enterprise Data Platforms
- AI Transformation Roadmaps
- Business Innovation
Working alongside multidisciplinary consulting teams, you will help organisations move from experimentation to enterprise-scale AI adoption while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Drive Consulting Growth
Develop long-term client relationships by understanding business priorities and identifying opportunities where Data and AI can deliver tangible value.
Lead executive conversations, shape compelling consulting propositions and contribute to the continued growth of the Enterprise Data & AI Advisory practice.
Success will come from understanding client needs and building trusted partnerships rather than simply selling technology solutions.
Leverage a Global Consulting Ecosystem
Collaborate with colleagues across Capgemini's global network to access specialist expertise, proven methodologies and industry-leading capabilities.
Bring together the right experts to solve complex client challenges and deliver innovative, scalable solutions across Southeast Asia.
Develop Consulting Capability
Contribute to the continued growth of the Enterprise Data & AI Advisory practice by mentoring consultants, sharing knowledge and helping build a collaborative, high-performing consulting culture.
Support the development of new offerings, thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen the firm's position in Enterprise Data & AI.
About You
You are an experienced consulting professional who combines strategic thinking, commercial awareness and technical credibility.
You enjoy engaging senior executives, challenging conventional thinking and helping organisations transform through Data and AI.
You understand that successful consulting is built on listening, asking the right questions and shaping solutions around business outcomes rather than technology alone.
You will bring:
- 10–18 years' consulting experience within a recognised consulting organisation.
- A strong track record of developing client relationships, winning consulting engagements and delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Experience advising C-level executives on Data, AI and digital transformation strategies.
- Expertise across Enterprise Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Governance and AI Transformation.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and emerging enterprise AI capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to engage confidently with Chief Data Officers and senior technology leaders on both business and technical topics.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to leverage a global consulting ecosystem to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Experience within Singapore's Public Sector and Financial Services industry is highly desirable. Exposure to Consumer Products & Retail or Life Sciences would also be advantageous.
Due to the nature of several government-related engagements, Singapore Citizens are preferred. Singapore Permanent Residents will also be considered, while Employment Pass holders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
