Location: Singapore or Hong Kong

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation projects across CIB business lines, including Global Markets, Trade Finance, Corporate Financing, and Cash Management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading CIB transformation programs and projects, collaborating with stakeholders across business and operations.
  • Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) across CIB business lines (Front to Operations).
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and enhancing Global Transaction Banking products and services.
  • Driving operational efficiency by improving end-to-end processes.
  • Innovating through digital initiatives such as AI, process mining, and smart dashboarding tailored to CIB needs.
  • Supporting clients in system migration and implementation, taking on Business Analyst (BA) and/or Project Management Office (PMO) roles.
  • Coordinating stakeholder contributions to ensure seamless project execution.

Ideal Talent

We are looking for mission-driven professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or project management within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Expertise: Strong business or operational experience in CIB, particularly in Global Markets, Trade Finance, Corporate Financing, and Cash Management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), business process optimisation (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking), and familiarity with technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Experience with tools such as MS Project, QlikView, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with strong stakeholder, change, and vendor management abilities.
  • Mindset: A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to seeing projects through to successful implementation.

Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and design tailored solutions.
  • Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the firm’s R&D initiatives, including participation in innovation workgroups like the Institute and FinLab.
