Job Opportunity: Manager / Senior Manager / Managing Director – Financial Services Consulting

They are seeking entrepreneurial leaders at the Manager, Senior Manager, and Managing Director levels to join their team. Responsibilities
Consulting Leadership
- Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements for clients in banking, insurance, and capital markets.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector.
- Develop and present innovative, client-focused proposals that showcase sector expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through white papers, case studies, and articles.
- Represent the firm at industry events and forums, enhancing its visibility and reputation.
Ideal Talent
We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving impactful change in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 7–10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3–4 years in consulting.
- Deep expertise in areas such as Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Corporate & Investment Banking.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- A track record of making decisive, data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory developments to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by mentoring team members and driving business development initiatives.
