Responsibilities

Consulting Leadership

  • Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements for clients in banking, insurance, and capital markets.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector.
  • Develop and present innovative, client-focused proposals that showcase sector expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.

Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through white papers, case studies, and articles.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and forums, enhancing its visibility and reputation.

Ideal Talent

We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving impactful change in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 7–10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3–4 years in consulting.
  • Deep expertise in areas such as Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Corporate & Investment Banking.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of making decisive, data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.

Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about market trends and regulatory developments to provide cutting-edge advice.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by mentoring team members and driving business development initiatives.
