RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Senior PMO within the Aircraft Engines Support & Services Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of two critical projects based in Singapore. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Governance & Methodology

  • Leading the full PMO lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for multiple concurrent projects, including a LEAP engine MRO initiative.
  • Defining, deploying, and continuously improving standard processes, templates, KPIs, and reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI and oSmoz.
  • Preparing and facilitating Steering Committee meetings, including consolidated status reports, risk/issue logs, decisions, and action items.
  • Assisting the Regional Delegate in building the business case for assigned projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Planning & Control

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, resource histograms, financial forecasts, and business cases.
  • Tracking milestones, costs, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements (EASA/CAAS).
  • Monitoring budgets, managing cost-control processes, and proposing corrective actions for variances.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engaging proactively with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and drive timely resolutions.
  • Providing transparent and concise reporting to executive leadership on project health, including technical, schedule, and financial aspects.
  • Mentoring and supporting Project Managers on best practices, risk mitigation, and performance optimisation.

Continuous Improvement & PMO Leadership

  • Identifying process gaps and leading cross-functional workshops to embed lessons learned.
  • Championing digital tools and automation to streamline reporting and reduce administrative overhead.
  • Coaching and developing junior PMO team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

 

IDEAL TALENT 

We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative professional with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred).
  • Over 10 years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in aerospace MRO projects, particularly in Entry Into Service (EIS) or certification of LEAP engines.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with Power BI and oSmoz (or equivalent PMO tools).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with Singapore or ASEAN regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

  • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of multiple high-profile projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, operations, and finance, to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture within the PMO.
