Our client is an Investment holding company that specialises in investing in educational institutions across the United States, Greater China, and now Southeast Asia. And have recently acquired a growing chain of preschools with a strong presence across Singapore, committed to delivering nurturing, holistic, and future-ready early childhood education.

With a proven track record in the global education space, the holding company is actively consolidating the preschools under its direct supervision, with the aim of uplifting quality, unifying the brand identity, and accelerating digital and operational transformation across the group.

They are now seeking a Lead Marketing Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and support brand-building initiatives, with the opportunity to grow into a more strategic role as the group acquires more assets and scales regionally.

ROLE MISSION

As Lead Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind the execution of marketing activities that support enrolment growth, parent engagement, and brand awareness. Initially, your role will focus on hands-on campaign implementation across digital, social media, content creation, and event marketing.

Over time, as the group expands, you will take on increased responsibility in shaping the overall marketing strategy and leading larger-scale initiatives.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute digital and social media campaigns across channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Support SEO/SEM efforts and website optimisation in coordination with internal and external teams
  • Assist in planning and running parent engagement events, webinars, and open houses
  • Liaise with agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, look, and messaging across all channels

IDEAL TALENT

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with intense exposure to digital and performance marketing
  • Proven track record of executing lead generation and funnel conversion campaigns, ideally in education, B2C, or service sectors
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush), CMS (e.g. WordPress), email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with the education sector or targeting parents is a strong plus
  • Self-starter with excellent project management and stakeholder communication
  • This role will require proficiency in spoken Mandarin, to communicate with corporate HQ in Beijing.
  • A keen interest in the education sector and in growing with an expanding organisation
