OUR CLIENT
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Finance Business Partner AMEA to join our client Finance team in the AMEA region. As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards its strategic objectives by providing financial insights and analysis that drive business performance. This role will be based in Singapore and will involve overseeing financial control, planning, and analysis responsibilities for multiple countries within the AMEA region (Asia, Middle East, and Africa).
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing financial results, collaborating with various teams to optimise costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing critical cost information to support strategic operational decisions. You will also lead the execution of the programs dedicated to 2028 operational improvements (Process Review, AI implementation, ENV etc), looking at the in the cluster and coaching and developing team members.
- Overseeing and managing the financial results of all sites in the cluster
- Developing and managing the financial budget for manufacturing operations
- Monitoring and evaluating performance against budget and prior year, identifying risks and opportunities
- Collaborating with supply chain management to optimize costs and efficiency
- Setting standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
- Managing inventory, spare parts, CAPEX, NRV provision, and accounts payable
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Providing critical cost information and analysis to support strategic decisions in operations
- Leading the execution of the Next Level program in the cluster
- Coaching and developing team members
- Designing, aligning, and launching aligned policies relevant to the region
IDEAL TALENT
- Masters in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- English business proficiency (written and spoken)
- People management experience
- Leadership capabilities
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B/food industries
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing, operational excellence, supply chain business partnering, controlling, and reporting
