CLIENT
Our client is a leading international management consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and North America. They operate exclusively in the financial services sector and provide comprehensive coverage of the industry through our dedicated practices: Corporate and Investment Banking, Asset Management, Securities Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, and Finance & Risk Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Being part of the APAC Team you will work on transformation projects across CIB (Global Markets, Trade Finance, Corporate Financing and/or Cash Management).
More specifically, in this role, you may work on:
Leading CIB transformation programs/projects with all CIB stakeolders (from Business to Operations)
- Designing and deploying TOM across CIB business lines (Front to Operations)
- Ensuring compliance with local Regulators
- Developing and improving Global Transaction Banking products and services
- Achieving Operational Efficiency working on improving E2E processes
- Innovating through digital initiatives linked to CIB needs (AI, Process Mining, Smart Dashboarding, etc.)
- Supporting clients in CIB system migration & implementation (with BA and/or PMO roles)
- Coordinating stakeolders contributions on a particular part of the project
IDEAL TALENT
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experiences in management consulting and/or project management within the Financial Services Industries
- Business or Operational experiences in CIB (Global Markets and/or Transaction Banking Operations: Trade Finance, Corporate Financing and Cash Management)
- Knowledge on project management techniques (Waterfall, AGILE, etc.), business process optimization / improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Design Thinking), new technologies used in the FI industry (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong Process improvement, stakeholder, change and vendor management skills
- Self-motivated with an ability to follow projects through to implementation
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communications skills
