We're Hiring: Legal Practice Assistant & Office Manager

CLIENT

Our client is a Law firm specialised in arbitrage and covering European legal aspects. We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to join our team as a Legal Practice Assistant and office manager to support the Managing Director of our Arbitration Practice and manage operations in our SGP office. This role will involve regular collaboration with colleagues in Europe and interaction with clients, third-parties, and authorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

·       Manage case files, including electronic recording, filing, and structuring of documents and case-related materials

·       Process, file, and keep track of correspondence, maintain procedural calendars, and manage internal and external deadlines

·       Assist with preparation for hearings and typing/drafting correspondence

·       Prepare, compile, and produce large legal documents and presentation supports

·       Organize business trips, meetings with clients, and conferences

·       Arrange visas, travels, and various registrations

·       Interact with clients, third-parties, and authorities

·       Participate in the billing process and welcome clients and visitors

·       Handle mail and courier services and manage day-to-day office operations

·       Support the organization of the firm's events and liaise with external service providers

IDEAL TALENT 

Key Skills and Experience Required:

·       Excellent command of English

·       Prior experience in international or magic-circle law firms is desirable

·       Dynamic Attitude and a sense of initiative

·       Personable, Curious, open-minded, proactive

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-facing role.

·       Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.

·       Proven project management skills.

·       Resilient, service-oriented, and takes ownership of work.

·       Comfortable working with colleagues located remotely.

·       Excellent command of English

·       Strong IT skills, with very good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
