OUR CLIENT

We are looking for 7 Consultants/Senior Consultants/Directors for a fast-growing Digital Consultancy in Private Banking, where your role will significantly contribute to our continued success.

The seven roles are: Programme PMO, Switch-Over Management on the Tech side, Switch-Over on the Business side, RCR Project Management, Process Mapping, Investment Suitability, Onboarding and Custody Management

These jobs can start immediately.

ROLE MISSION 

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will manage a diverse group of stakeholders across multiple subject areas, a challenge that will test your adaptability and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES of each role

Being part of a critical transformation mission,

Director Level - Program PMO (Role 1)

  • Ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders across multiple subject areas
  • Own and drive project initiatives which do not belong to one specific business function
  • Create materials for senior management presentations
  • Create, run and document local and regional Project Management Committees
  • Responsible for the creation and monitoring of governance frameworks (milestones, risks, reporting, etc)
  • Track deliverables and hold responsible stakeholders to account (regardless of seniority)

Switchover Management (Role 2&3)

To map out and manage the switch-over approach and implementation, focusing on platform, applications, data mappings/harmonisation, flows and transition.

One Consultant will sit on the technology side, and one will sit on the business side

Skillset:

  • Project management Technology
  • Platform builds across infrastructure.
  • Applications and data BA experience

Senior Consultant Level PMO for RCR Project management support for risk and compliance initiatives (Role4)

Skillset:

  • PMO experience
  • Risk and compliance experience (e.g. investment suitability, AML/KYC, Financial Crime Prevention)
  • Risk Control Register existing experience is a plus.

Senior Consultant Level PMO for Investment Suitability (Role 5)

 

Skillset:

  • Lead and manage PMO activities related to investment suitability projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on investment suitability best practices and industry trends.

 

Senior Consultant Level PMO for Onboarding and Custody Management (Role 6)

Skillset:

  • Lead and manage PMO activities related to onboarding and custody migration projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee the execution of asset models on the buy side, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

 

Process Mapping: (Role 7)

The goal is to Map out business processes front to back

Skillset:

  • Experience in business process mapping, preferably with ARIS (Business Process Management software)

IDEAL TALENT 

  • 2-4 years working as a consultant for Financial Services (Big4 or others)
  • For Director: 10-15y experience
  • For Senior consultant: 5-8y experience
  • Highly experienced in the PBWM space
  • A passion for project,
  • A will to work as a team
  • Highly adaptive, willing and able to execute tasks at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to be flexible with working hours
  • Full-time in-office and locally based is critical
