Job Responsibilities
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
- Oversee the marketing and communication teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and major events across multiple channels.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, advisories, and corporate communications.
- Analyse marketing metrics, competitor performance, and campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the production of marketing videos and manage all marketing components of the CRM system.
- Develop and implement an alumni relations communications programme to celebrate and promote alumni achievements.
- Ensure compliance with EduTrust requirements in all marketing and communication activities.
Ideal Talent
We are looking for a seasoned professional who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in content creation, SEO, digital marketing, and paid media strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the international school sector (as a parent, educator, or communications professional) is advantageous.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
- Leading and mentoring the marketing and communication teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Managing the production of high-quality marketing materials, including videos, newsletters, and press releases.
- Engaging with external agencies to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems to enhance customer engagement.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with alumni to promote their achievements.
