Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Lead consulting projects for Corporate & Investment Banking and Capital Markets clients.
• Analyze business requirements, processes, and data to identify challenges and craft innovative solutions.
• Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support business and technology transformation initiatives, including process improvement, system implementation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and other key functions.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Manage project activities and workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout project execution.
• Contribute to the growth of the Financial Services practice through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

Ideal Talent

We are looking for a driven professional who possesses:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services consulting, or business analysis.
• A solid understanding of CIB and/or Capital Markets products and front-to-back processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, process improvement approaches, and emerging technologies in Financial Services.
• Experience with data visualization and project management tools (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Proven client and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore.

Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Develop and present actionable insights through high-quality reports and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring excellence at every stage.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Actively contribute to the growth and knowledge base of the Financial Services practice.
