Job Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Operations and Controlling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s global supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing worldwide supply chain operations for finished goods and components across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the USA.
- Overseeing global components sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Defining, implementing, and controlling Quality Control (QC) procedures.
- Monitoring Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and optimising supply chain cashflows.
- Supervising the back-end accounting dimensions for all involved entities.
- Supporting the coordination of new product development initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Asia, Europe, and the USA, including sales administration and finance/accounting functions.
Ideal Talent
We are seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial professional with a strong background in supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain operations and quality control.
- Experience in cost control (a strong plus).
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage, and knowledge of French is highly desirable (French lessons will be provided if needed).
- Proficiency in advanced Excel; experience with SAP Business One and ideally QBE.
- A proven ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment, leveraging tools like Microsoft Teams.

Day-to-Day
Your daily activities will include:
- Coordinating with global teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely procurement of components.
- Implementing and monitoring QC processes to maintain product standards.
- Analysing and optimising supply chain costs and cashflows.
- Collaborating with back-end teams in Asia, Europe, and the USA to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
- Supporting the development and launch of innovative new products.
