They are currently looking for an APAC Sales & Marketing Senior Manager MRO to report to the Regional Lead
Job Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager APAC, Sales & Marketing (Airframe & Nacelle), you will:
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote a range of cutting-edge aerospace products and services.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships within the Commercial Aerospace sector, with a focus on the Airframe and Nacelle domains.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while gathering valuable market insights.
- Define and achieve sales targets for the APAC region and assigned customer base.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals in response to customer RFQs.
- Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions, and oversee contract creation and management.
- Provide exceptional customer support during aircraft and nacelle inputs.
- Represent the company at conferences, air shows, and customer seminars.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.
Ideal Talent
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional who:
- Holds a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace MRO industry.
- Has a proven track record in sales, with a strong business network and expertise in aircraft nacelle systems.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is proficient in MS Office applications.
- Thrives in a performance-driven environment, with a goal-oriented and self-starter mindset.
- Demonstrates creativity and an innovative approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Is customer-focused, with strong service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excels in prioritisation, conflict resolution, and dynamic communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Day-to-Day
Your role will involve:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the APAC region.
- Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Travelling extensively (30%-40%) to engage with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company on a global stage.
- Driving the growth of the Nacelle MRO portfolio through strategic account management and innovative business development.
