As part of continued regional expansion, the firm is looking to appoint a Strategic Account Manager in Singapore to drive enterprise client growth across APAC.
ROLE MISSION
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s enterprise client base across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
This role focuses on developing new client relationships, expanding existing engagements, and positioning the firm’s technology and advisory services as strategic solutions to complex business challenges.
Success will come from building a strong sales pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and collaborating closely with internal experts to deliver value-led client engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue & Pipeline Development
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and win new logos through prospecting, networking, and existing relationships.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Client Development
- Engage prospects via direct outreach, networking, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Re-engage existing clients to introduce additional advisory and technology services.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple service lines.
Consultative Sales
- Work with internal subject matter experts to shape and position solutions aligned to client needs.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity development to deal closure.
Sales Management & Collaboration
- Manage inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Industry Coverage
Target sectors include Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Logistics, and Marine & Offshore.
IDEAL TALENT
Experience
- Proven track record in enterprise sales within technology services, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience developing pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-led business development.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools.
Core Skills
- Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to deliver client presentations both virtually and in-person.
Profile
- Commercially driven and proactive.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across commercial and technical teams.
