Job Responsibilities

- Collaborating closely with the CEO to craft and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new products.

- Leading and inspiring the sales and marketing team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and partners to drive loyalty and business opportunities.
- Analysing market trends to identify innovative opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
Ideal Talent
We are looking for a trailblazer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a history of success in developing and implementing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the SME sector is highly desirable.
