Job Responsibilities

As the Corporate Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the organisation's overarching goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the leadership team to define, develop, and execute corporate strategies and objectives.
  • Overseeing and managing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Analyzing financial data, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate business performance.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to track progress and highlight areas requiring attention.
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities in the business environment and developing strategies to address them.
  • Conducting primary research on market benchmarks and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Preparing high-quality presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Driving process improvement initiatives and converting recommendations into actionable business plans.
  • Collaborating with IT providers to enhance business intelligence and data visualisation tools, creating user-friendly dashboards and reports.
  • Supporting M&A projects and other strategic initiatives as required.
  • Being execution-oriented and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.

Ideal Talent

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for driving business success. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Expertise in data extraction, business intelligence, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
