They are seeking exceptional talent to push the boundaries of algorithmic and high-frequency trading in CeFi.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-frequency trading strategies in centralized crypto markets.
- Research, design, and implement latency-sensitive, automated trading algorithms.
- Analyze exchange data and order book dynamics to uncover trading opportunities.
- Develop and optimize real-time execution systems for major centralized exchanges.
- Build and leverage proprietary datasets and analytics tools to enhance model performance.
- Apply robust risk management frameworks to safeguard capital and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with fellow traders, engineers, and data scientists to refine strategies and drive team-wide success
IDEAL TALENT
- 5+ years of proven success in high-frequency or proprietary trading, preferably in market-making or latency-critical contexts.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, TypeScript, or similar.
- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset.
- Curiosity and conviction in crypto and centralized trading markets, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies.
- Strong problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Team-oriented collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
