ROLE MISSION
The Key Account Manager will be tasked with accelerating the positive impact of ecommerce to the Group's Off Trader business.
Key to this role will be a clear understanding of how the e-commerce space works and how it can facilitate an increase in revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish growth for the Group's Singapore e-commerce business channels and accurate demand forecast to optimize sales.
- Elevate the ecommerce practices by mutualizing, centralizing, and building expertise with a new ecommerce team
- Define, implement and measure e-commerce activations to maximize efficiency.
- Be responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) in the various E-Commerce
channels - Drive maximum business impact and improve business ROI by developing KPIs and evaluating the effectiveness of these investments with strong data analytics.
- Lead agreement negotiations with platforms for budget planning, execution and reporting.
- Adopt and implement product display best practices and storytelling content
- Lead promotion planning, execution and measurement with e-commerce platforms, wholesalers and enablers.
- Work closely with cross functional teams for forecasting and customer marketing executions.
- Identify consumer behavior analysis and share insights with recommendations to drive growth and deliver results.
IDEAL TALENT
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in formal and casual settings
- Experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in E-Commerce, preferably with sales experience in
managing E-commerce platforms / customers such as Shopee, Lazada & FoodPanda
