A successful global wine and spirits group.


This position is responsible for the acquisition & retention of HNW clients, with the focus on the brand's prestige products & events associated with them.


Key to this role is working with both internal & external stakeholders, to drive the engagements with HNWI & UHNWI


  • Build strong relationships with HNW customers and develop brand preference for Prestige products
  • Acquire new HNW customers and nurture the relationship with assigned existing VIP customers
  • Develop regular recurring sales and develop opportunities to upsell
  • Host local brand events targeting HNWI customers acquisition and retention including running tasting programs, private VIP dinners, presentation of high-end collection items
  • In collaboration with marketing brand teams, develop tailor made consumer promotion programs to boost VIP sales
  • Support the organization of VIP events in Singapore (branded private dinners for example).
  • Develop strong partnerships with relevant external stakeholders that will enable acquisition and retention of HNW customers
  • Engage identified relevant luxury companies to build cross collaboration events and database acquisition / swapping
  • Identify and engage with relevant gate-keepers enabling access to HNW customers.
  • Enrich the knowledge and provide insights into HNW customers
  • Collect Personally Identifiable Information on VIP customers in respect of PDPA regulation enabling to store database and improve the management of the VIP customers
  • Identify, report and propose counter-measures to competitors’ activities
  • Strong Focus on selling the Ultra-Rare & Collectible items, and the Prestige Cognac Whisky portfolio to HNWI and UHNWI.


  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in formal and casual settings
  • Proven sales achievements of high-value items with HNWI and UHWNI in Singapore
  • Experience in luxury or hospitality industry and understanding of luxury industry is a plus
  • Prior experience in selling to clients from China, Hong Kong or Taiwan would be essential
