Our client was established in 2006 as a Shared Financial Services (SFS) entity. With continuous customer growth and customers’ business changing needs increasing, our client’s roles also expanded beyond financial services. Today, our client is renowned in the sector in providing shared services with their software program in functional IT and HR services to its customers.
We are searching for a capable HR leader who can lead a HR team, accountable for the efficient and effective operation of HR related services, deliver HR initiatives and strategic projects. This role will appeal to an individual who enjoys interacting, influencing and building rapport with all levels of stakeholders. He will report to the Executive Director with a small team assisting him.
- Proposes and executes approved HR strategies, processes, policies, operations within the organization;
- Oversees employee engagement programs and activities, secretariat for the Management committee and management reports;
- Advises Senior Management on the design of the organization structure to enable business strategy;
- Drives the HR transformation and change management in alignment with the company’s innovation and growth agenda;
- Participation in formulation of HR solutions and programs to address the business needs.
- At least 6-10 years working experiences in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures;
- Possess strong communication/interpersonal skills in persuading and influencing stakeholders at all levels;
- Demonstrated leadership traits in working with cross functional team members;
- Hands-on and willing to take on operational and administration duties;
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to drive incremental innovation improvements to work flow processes;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Degree/Diploma in human resources management
