Through efficient property asset management and self-developed management system, our client has helped more than 3,000 property owners to maintain and increase the value of their property assets. In Tokyo and Bangkok, it has a record of helping property owners achieve an annual ROI of more than 10% per unit.

 

ROLE MISSION 

We are seeking for a rich real estate industry professional, with an extensive personal network of contacts with local apartment/villa developers, sales companies, leasing agencies, property management companies in Thailand, spreading the company's service concept, establishing the company's professional brand image in the industry, for the role of Director Business Development.

The primary responsibility of the Director is to secure services agreement with Property Owners to sign up for the Property Management Agreement with our client.This role will report to the Co-Founder based in China and will have 3-4 direct reports in Thailand with occasional business trips, if needed. A very competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • To obtain the effective information of overseas owners assisting the telesales team and product management team to sign a property management agreement;

  • Use various channels to collect property construction and sales information in Bangkok and other major cities in Thailand;

  • Use these materials and information to select high-quality properties suitable for the company to conduct business goals;

  • Gradually establish and manage a small team of 3-4 members who will assist the Director in completing the work content and work goals issued by the company;

  • Assist other business teams of the company to develop the industry business resources as required;

  • Achieve or exceed the annual signed property management agreement of units.

 

IDEAL TALENT 

  • More than 8-12 years of working experience in real estate construction, sales and consulting companies, with cross-company and cross-business industry experience in the real estate industry;

  • Sufficient industry knowledge of various real estate companies mainly targeting overseas investors;

  • More than 3 years of small team management experience;

  • Enthusiastic, with excellent business communication and negotiation skills and keen insight;

  • Have enough pressure-bearing ability to adapt to the start-up team and culture;

  • Have sufficient work initiative and business judgment;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai, with Mandarin (optional priority);

  • Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline relevant to the real estate industry.
