Based on our first 6 years of activity we are now looking to expand our offering, and we are seeking a Product Manager / Operations Manager to lead the development of our HR Internal recruitment service to entreprise: Return-On-Talent SaaS. This tool s helps corporates to maximise their internal recruitment process, improve retention of existing employeees and lower cost of recruitment.
ROLE MISSION
We're looking for a team player to join us on the product management side to drive product/feature launches as well as growth and adoption of our B2B SaaS solution.
As the Product Manager / Operations Manager, you will develop & manage the product roadmap according to customers request.
You will manage a software development team and drive new feature rollouts and ensure security and quality critaeria
You will act as the project manager and customer success lead to liaise with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership of the overall product strategy with the customer needs
- Responsible for Market Intelligence, Competitive Analysis, and Marketing Strategy
- Product positioning & Pricing
- Customer Success: Ensure the proper adoption of SaaS by partners
- Develop product concepts, technical evaluation, feasibility, product design, and architecture
- Creates and maintains the product roadmap
- Involvement of all stakeholders on key decisions
- Manages and prioritizes objectives relating to the product
- Hands-on involvement with end to end product life cycle expertise and exposure to different project management methodologies
- Leadership of the product team
