Create and apply an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and clients satisfaction
- Convert all post-POC clients to Key Accounts or regular "PRO" users
- Consulting sales: learn the needs and resources of clients to sell the solutions efficiently
- Conduct research to identify new markets and clients’ needs
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Promote company's products
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Experience in software / technology sales for construction, Facilities Management companies (Hubble, Novade or Autodesk)
- Possess an existing network in construction environment: building owners, Facilities Management, Construction companies, engineering companies
- Team player
- Able to drive conversations to land successful POCs
- Time management and planning skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive multi-tasker, ambitious, with the capability to “think out of the box” and a dedication to high-quality work. You do not take NO for an answer and are not afraid to go the extra mile.
