As the company continues to grow, we are recruiting for a a dynamic Technical Engineering leader to drive technical excellence.

MISSION

The Head of Technical Engineering will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of operations, ensuring the seamless integration of IoT and AI-driven solutions. This role involves leading a team of engineers, optimizing performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Overview

We are working on behalf of a leading Digital Assets market maker, who are making waves in Asia, and are seeking a highly experienced Senior Trader to lead our OTC derivatives trading desk for digital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for market-making, risk management, and proprietary trading across a diverse range of crypto derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute OTC derivatives trades, including options, futures, and structured products.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize P&L while managing risk.
• Collaborate with quant researchers and developers to enhance pricing models and trading algorithms.
• Maintain strong relationships with counterparties, liquidity providers, and institutional clients.
• Monitor market trends, liquidity conditions, and regulatory developments.

Ideal Talent

• 5+ years of experience in OTC derivatives trading, preferably in digital assets or traditional finance.
• Strong expertise in options pricing, volatility strategies, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and trading infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
